Our client acquired a Gulf-front beach condo that had seen its better days and hired us to update the kitchen and bathrooms, make slight modifications to the floorplan, and furnish it. She wanted a coastal, casual vibe that would attract a more affluent clientele. Additionally, because she planned to utilize the space when it wasn’t rented, she wanted comfortable, quality pieces that would last.
