Not knowing the quality of an online purchase is frustrating because it’s difficult, if not impossible, to do. Even brands you may have used in the past are problematic to assess online.
At Artistry Home, we do three things to ensure that every piece we install meets your quality standard:
First, we do not recommend products that we’d not buy and use in our own homes.
Second, we attend the largest home furnishings market in the world, where we will be in October, to “kick tires” and see what’s new. We sit on chairs, open sofa cushions, feel fabrics, study finishes, and inspect the craftsmanship and construction to know precisely why a piece works or doesn’t work for a client.
Third, we buy direct from manufacturers and work hard to establish and maintain great relationships with our account reps, and I’m here today with one of the best, Miles Roy, with Bernhardt Furniture Company.
